Staayz Premium Gurgaon Hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel in Gurgaon. the location was fantastic as it was close to the airport, subway station, and right in the market place, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service, attending to my needs promptly. Thirdly, the rooms were cleaned everyday, ensuring a comfortable and tidy stay. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

My stay was enjoyable and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

The location was perfect, right in the market place and close to the airport. It was super convenient for getting around. The staff was very attentive and the service was top-notch. The rooms were cleaned every day and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Decent stay for Christmas vacation. Enjoyed the spacious rooms with excellent room service. the food was very delicious, especially the exotic options. the proximity to the nearest metro station was also a great advantage, hardly took 15 mins to walk.

The insecticide smell in the rooms from the recent pest control was quite strong and lasted for a day, which was a bit uncomfortable. the location wasn't very comfortable to identify from the nearby metro station, and the neighborhood wasn't very pleasant.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom. Service is quick and breakfast is promptly made upon request. the hotel is equipped with convenient facilities, such as a nearby convenience store and a process of opening a restaurant.

The pest control work was not properly handled and resulted in a foul smell that lingered for a day.

The noise levels were unbearable at times due to construction work in the area. The air conditioning unit also made loud noises, disrupting sleep.
